Egg broccoli salad 它 

Broccoli is a good carb and is high fiber,which aids in digestion,prevents constipation, maintains low blood sugar,ALONG WITH THIS,BROCCOLI IS ALSO GREAT FOR WEIGHT LOSS BECAUSE IT IS RICH IN FIBER

Ingredients:
  • Broccoli它 – 6 to 7 medium florets
  • Egg . – 1 boiled
  • Onion . – 1/2 onion medium size
  • Nuts . – any nuts of your choice*
  • Cucumber – 1/2 cucumber
  • Salt . – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste.
  • Oil . – 3 tbsp.
Method:
Step 1 :

Boil the egg for 10 mins and peel the skin and take the white part of the egg removing the yolk . Now chop onion,cucumber ( with skin or without of your choice) and broccoli

Step 2 :

In a small pan add oil,add the chopped onions,broccoli then add some salt and saut矇 them for few mins. Now add in the egg white and cucumber and sprinkle the pepper.

Step 3 :

Now finally saut矇 them well and add in the nuts and serve them hot.

Its so good for your mouth and for your stomach. Its the best dietary choice which is simple and tasty

Notes :

  • Almonds,walnuts,cashew nuts are all the best nuts for weight loss adding up 5 to 6 nuts to your diet helps lose weight and belly fat.
  • You can use olive oil or corn or peanut than sunflower for the salad or in your dishes for best result in your diet.
  • For vegetarians, you can skip the egg and make it has a veggie salad .
