Indo-Chinese chicken egg curry.

Chicken has a very high protein content, which plays a very important role in sustaining our muscles. The term Indochina (originally IndoChina). It emphasizes the cultural influence on the area of Indian civilization and Chinese civilization. The term was later adopted as the name of the colony of French Indochina.
Chinese Indian food is generally characterized by its ingredients: Indian vegetables and spices are used, along with a heavy amount of pungent Chinese sauces, thickening agents, and oil. Stir-fried in a wok, Indo-Chinese. Food takes Chineseculinary styles and adds spices and flavors familiar to the Indian tongue.

For the first time tried i did experiment a lot and made a with small amount of chicken and tasted. It tasted more yummy and different to me. Then made a whole bunch. My husband and my boy always like to combine the chicken and egg together.it is best to eat it with chapathi/white rice/pulao/veg rice.

Preparation time:15 mins Cooking time : 1 hour total time: 1hr 15mins

Ingredients: For marination
  • Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder – 1 tbsp
  • Salt. – 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
  • Lemon.🍋 – 1/2 tsp
  • Curd. – 4 to 5 tbsp
  • Egg white. – 1
  • Pepper – 1 tsp
  • Chili flakes – 1tsp.

For tempering :

  • Red chili. – 6 to 7
  • Curry leaves – 20
  • Garlic🧄 – 4 cloves
  • Ginger – 1 inch
  • Jalapeño🌶️ – 1
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • ghee. – 2 tbsp

For curry:

  • Onion 🧅 – 2 medium
  • Small tomato 🍅 – 7
  • Chicken 🍗 – 300 g s
  • Eggs. 🥚 – 3 no’s.

Method :

Step 1 :

Firstly , marinate the chicken with all the ingredients that is mentioned under marination. Marinate them at least for half an hour. Now add in the egg white to it and mix it up and then marinate it again for half an hour.

Step 2 :

In a frying pan , add oil and ghee once hot add in the ingredients that is mentioned under “for tempering”. You can also add capsicum if needed . Then add the chopped onions and fry them til translucent.

Step 3 :

Now, once when the onions are cooked move the sauté items to one side of the pan and add the eggs 🥚 to it. Sprinkle some salt and pepper to it. After few seconds flip and scramble them bd close the lid for few seconds

Step 5 :

Add in the small tomatoes and sauté them for few mins. And mix them with eggs.

Step 4 :

Now in a frying pan add some oil and fry the chicken for 5 to 7 minutes both sides and keep them in dry tissue paper

Step 5 :

For sweet and hot chicken curry :

Mix up the roasted chicken to the curry that we made and mix them. Add in 1 tsp of soy sauce. Then add tsp by tsp of tomato sauce 🥫 to the curry . Once the sweetness is done add in some pepper ,ginger julienne and sprinkle some coriander leaves.
