Dressing for salad🥗

Japanese cuisine is regarded as one of the healthiest in the world, and meals comprise a large proportion of salads and vegetable-based dishes.

I’ve tried one of the salad in a restaurant and they gave a salad dressing with that. I first hesitated to have that later when I ate I started loving it. So I saw the ingredients in the dressing and made my own salad dressing with some extra ingredients. It’s basically a Japanese salad dressing I added some of our own natural ingredients to get the punch in the food.

There are 3 main ingredients that give the salad a nice flavor to the dressing they are Yogurt , Sesame Oil and Sesame seeds.

Ingredients:
  • Yoghurt – 6 to 7 tbsp
  • Sesame oil. – 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds. – 1 tbsp
  • Salt 🧂 – 1 tsp
  • Pepper – 1 tsp
  • Jaggery. – 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 1/2 tsp
Preparation:

Step 1

In a bowl, add in the yoghurt/curd and add the sesame oil to it and mix it together. Now to this mixture add the other ingredients and give a mix.

Step 2:

Add this to your salad and mix them together.

Notes:
  • This sauce can be store for 2 to 3 days in fridge.
