Japanese cuisine is regarded as one of the healthiest in the world, and meals comprise a large proportion of salads and vegetable-based dishes.
I’ve tried one of the salad in a restaurant and they gave a salad dressing with that. I first hesitated to have that later when I ate I started loving it. So I saw the ingredients in the dressing and made my own salad dressing with some extra ingredients. It’s basically a Japanese salad dressing I added some of our own natural ingredients to get the punch in the food.
There are 3 main ingredients that give the salad a nice flavor to the dressing they are Yogurt , Sesame Oil and Sesame seeds.
- Yoghurt – 6 to 7 tbsp
- Sesame oil. – 2 tbsp
- Sesame seeds. – 1 tbsp
- Salt 🧂 – 1 tsp
- Pepper – 1 tsp
- Jaggery. – 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce – 1/2 tsp
In a bowl, add in the yoghurt/curd and add the sesame oil to it and mix it together. Now to this mixture add the other ingredients and give a mix.
Add this to your salad and mix them together.
