Frankie Masala

Frankie masala is a mix of hot and tangy spices, which is used to spice up an array of frankies from veg frankie, mix vegetable cheese frankie, chat pati frankies.

Frankie masala is added to the chappathi roll which lifts up the flavor of the roll . Once when I tried the roll adding up this masala . The tangy and spicy masala made the roll to get me a 5 star rating from my husband. It’s simple to make this masala and tasty . Can make it less than minute when all the masala powders are ready with us.

This can be used for vegetarian and non vegetarian Frankie and also for any rolls that you are making. Kids will never say no anymore to the rolls that is given for dinner.

Preparation time: 5 mins


  • Sea Salt. – 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder. – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder. – 1/2 tsp
  • Chili Powder. – 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala. – 1 tsp
  • Dry Mango Powder – 3 tbsp
Preparation :

Step 1:

In a dry Airtight container mix up all the ingredients together and cover it completely. It’s ready to use. You can add up extra chili powder or pepper to your taste.

Notes :

  • You can use any salt instead of sea salt.
  • Store them in a air tight container and can be used up to 6 months.
  • Adjust the chili powder according to your own taste.
